It is, it's absolutely horrible what is going on and it must come to a quick end. These children must be returned home to their countries through their Consulates (diplomatic missions) within 24 hours at their expense. Why we would have laws or court rulings contrary to this just blows my mind and tells me we've got a bunch of sneaky pedophiles or pedophile supporters among those who pass the laws, prosecute the laws (DOJ) and issue the court rulings. There's really no other explanation for it.
