If so and she didn't notify authorities that her daughter swore allegiance to a terrorist leader then she is guilty of a few charges including that which is enough to remove her status and deport her. Naturalized citizens can always have their citizenship and status revoked and be deported and she should be facing that if she knew her daughter was caught up in ISIS.
