Thread: I wonder… a way to deal with illegal aliens?

Obviously we have a serious problem, and equally as obviously the government doesn't want to do anything about it.

Maybe it would help to rub their noses in the problem and perhaps help do something about the situation.

Maybe what we need (if there isn’t one already), is a registry of illegal aliens… a website where we can put the names and contact information for any illegal aliens we know of.

Of course this should be a national project; maybe this group or the Minuteman project should do it. The information can then be provided to the local authorities and the INS.

People put on the list should be notified and given an opportunity to show they are here legally before their name is published.

What do you folks think?

You got guts enough to go around asking people point blank if they are US citizens or have legal papers? Do you think they will give you an answer?

Do you know exactly what to look for by way of fraudulent documents?

The thought is nice but proving it might pose a problem and if you start posting people's names and addresses on line without proof there could be legal ramifications as well.

No, I'm not going to go around asking people if they are legal or not, however as you know with some of these people they don't try to hide it. Also if you hire someone who has false documents and when you check them out you find that out their names could go on the list. After all, the alien has committed fraud and put you at potential legal risk.

or you could look for the illegal employers yourself and use IRS Form 211 to get a reward when business owners cheat on their taxes through illegal employment.

Although I understand your point, I also understand the problem with your point. I've met some illegals (particularly from Mexico and Central & South America) and learning their names was not easy. Why? Because their cultures use names that seem to include every ancestor's name. I mean, a name like "Jane Doe" here in America would be "Jane Rodrigues Domingues Garcia Diego Hernandes Poncho Chiahuahua Doe"
in one of their countries. They use maternal and paternal names, it's very confusing. I met one illegal who showed me his driver's license and the name on it was different from the name on his business card. He had the same names, basically, but in a different order on each. AND many name their children the same names they have, especially father to son.
You might therefore post on your list an illegal's name that could also be the name of a legal son. Although, personally, I'd kick em both out!!!!!

I think there are advantages to having the website you suggest...as you know from my comments on the other forum.

There are many names from many sources that we know from public records and public sources that can be verified.

News articles are a start.

Public agencies that fund illegal aliens is another. This information should be available through Freedom of Information requests.

Public agencies that claim they collect tax money under ITIN's especially established for illegal aliens who do not have ss numbers because they are here illegally. There are 7,200,000 or more returns filed with our own government listing illegal aliens and their households including spouses and dependents for the child care tax credit. This could be a list of 20,000,000 to 30,000,000 illegal aliens.

Reimbursements to hospitals and states who are now eligible to request such reimbursements from federal taxpayers based upon services provided to illegal aliens. Where there is a service, there is an illegal alien, and where there is an illegal alien, there is a name of an illegal alien...and this would also be millions of illegal aliens nationwide.

Military service records that list citizenship or not, or status of residency, illegal included. This could produce the names of several thousand illegal aliens.

Criminal records, jail records, court records, ICE records...these are public records.

Driver's licenses issued on matricular cards because the do not have a green card or a social security number would produce more names of illegal aliens. This again is a public record.

Voter registration records....issued by driver's license information....issued on a matricular card......

Ooooh, a registry is absolutely essential. Otherwise how can we even attempt to know whether or not our government has deported all illegal aliens if we are not spot checking and supervising their activities. The could deport a few thousand and say, "yep...we're done" when there are in fact millions more to deport. As we know, we can not trust the govenment to do a job it has thus far refused to do.

Aiding and abetting an illegal alien is illegal. How can American Citizens abide laws when there is not an illegal alien registry to check and confer with? Otherwise, we might inadvertently aid and abet an illegal alien.

Remember folks, many illegal aliens aren't working for anyone so just reporting employers isn't enough.

Illegal aliens are not little helpless simple-minded people. They are clever and determined sneaky people....that's why they are here; that's why they hurt people often times when they get here; that's why they are stealing seats in our schools; that's why they have formed advocacy groups; that's why they are stealing American Worker's jobs; that's why they are shooting our police men; killing teachers on highways; running drugs; forming gangs; stealing medical services; and generally driving us all out of our mind; and that's why they are deported and return; are deported and return; are deported; and return. They are guilty of breaking many of our laws and spitting in our faces...American Citizens get their names publicized and put on lists for just being suspected of something. We shouldn't worry about publicizing the names of illegal aliens in a registry and I hope someone who knows how to do this can set up such a registry as soon as possible.

I realize it would not be something ALIPAC could do, because we are a political action group, but I think the idea has merit, and I like it.

Jeff...it could be called the Illegal Alien Registry of the United States.

We could force Congress and states and agencies to publish their lists.

It would be a huge public list of known verified illegal aliens plus if someone you know is suspected, you could check the registry, and if they are not there do some research and when confirmed, submit them for addition to the registry.

Remember everyone, we are presently paying all the agencies to enforce our laws, not use our money funding lawbreakers.

As American Citizens, we have every right for our own financial and physical protection to who the name and location of every single illegal alien in the United States.

In fact, the US Government and every single state, county and municipal agency that has a name of an illegal alien should be required by federal law to submit that name to the Illegal Alien Registry of the United States.

Furthermore, as an American Citizens, I'm sick and tired of being lied to about how many there are. As you know I believe there are 50,000,000 including their minor offspring under the age of 21. A registry would force all these agencies who know how many there are to tell us the TRUTH about how many there are.

Furthermore, every single employer of an illegal alien should be required to submit their lists to the Illegal Alien Registry of the United States.

What a list this would be....WOW!!

Yes, what a list it would be indeed! How much would that cost and how often would it be updated?

The point is, they are here illegally. Do we really need a list, or do we need to get them out of our country?

I just don't see the point of a list of illegals. It would require more government beaurocracy and more expense to deal with ILLEGALS.

Also, do you all remember the DC Sniper problem?

The authorities looked for the sniper day after day after day after day.

Did they find them?

No.

Who found them?

American Citizens.

A truck driver and another man at a rest area. The truck driver spots the vehicle and puts his truck on the ramp to block the way and the other man calls 911..as the Snipers slept in the car.

That's how illegal aliens will be handled. Americans will have to report them and take action until the police get there.

We already know from the work of the Minute Men on the borders, that we all are going to have to things similarly to complete this task.

In order to do what we need to do, we need a Registry.

Think about it people. WE will have to be active as citizens in the reporting and aiding our government officials to deport illegal aliens as our laws require.
