Why do so many have a problem with Joe, who was doing his job and refused to violate parts of 8 U.S. Code 1324? They should be demanding that Judge Susan Bolton and Judge Snow be made to explain why they engaged in sedition.


See our Constitution which declares the Constitution, and laws made in pursuance thereof, [8 U.S. Code § 1324 - Bringing in and harboring certain aliens], are the " ... supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwith-standing."


Why are so many not upset with Judges Bolton and Snow, who engaged in sedition by hindering Joe from enforcing "supreme" federal law [U.S. Code 1324]?

Great question, johnwk!!! Sedition .... I like that, that's exactly what these Judges are doing, subverting our laws which subvert our Constitution's clauses for separation of powers and states rights.

Judge Snow's 142 PAGE OPINION AND ORDER is an excellent study in political correctness, absurd nonsense regarding “profiling”, and how our judicial system has been infiltrated with judges whose mission is to flood the United States with the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low and unskilled populations of other countries which in fact is working to destroy and weaken America from within.

I believe the time is drawing near when these Fifth Column activists, who masquerade as judges, will be held accountable for their criminal conduct.
