LULAC is "messed up". And that's putting it politely. Using the colors, stripes and stars of OUR AMERICAN flag and turning it into a "symbol of their organization" is disgraceful. It's stunning how Groups like LULAC and LaRaza enjoy inflaming Americans so much with their arrogance. They certainly don't know how to gain anyone's respect, do they?

There is no law that says we can't burn the flag but to desecrate it is something else.

Flag of the United States Regulations...

That no disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America -- the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor.

    1. The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
    2. The flag should never touch anything beneath it, such as the ground, the floor, water, or merchandise.
    3. The flag should never be carried flat or horizontally, but always aloft and free.
    4. The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. Bunting of blue, white and red, always arranged with the blue above, the white in the middle, and the red below, should be used for covering a speaker's desk, draping the front of the platform, and for decoration in general.
    5. The flag should never be fastened, displayed, used, or stored in such a manner as to permit it to be easily torn, soiled, or damaged in any way.
    6. The flag should never be used as a covering for a ceiling.
    7. The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature.
    8. The flag should never be used as a receptacle for receiving, holding, carrying, or delivering anything.
    9. The flag should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever. It should not be embroidered on such articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkins or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard. Advertising signs should not be fastened to a staff or halyard from which the flag is flown.
    10. No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen, and members of patriotic organizations. The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing. Therefore, the lapel flag pin being a replica, should be worn on the left lapel near the heart.
    11. The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning.

These are rules for the flag for federally-owned flags, not for those in the posession of private citizens, which is why you an have a pair of pants with the flag on the butt...not outside Camp Pendleton, but certainly at UC Berkeley.

I don't know what this LULAC is.

The goons that run that shoddy, little organization called Lulac, are trash for using our flag colors, stars, and stripes to help further their waning pro-illegal cause. Our American flag can never be duplicated by these morons.
The National Council of LaRaza is the largest*hate group.

Can these lame organizations come up with ANYTHING original?????????
Why do they ALWAYS have to use our ideas and symbols? Guess it just shows EVERYONE how they just couldn't and can't stand on their own, they always have and will always be parasitic.
They STEAL the American Dream, abuse it and are PROUD of it!?!? They are keeping with their standards by rearranging/destroying our flag just like they are trying to do to OUR country. They are pathetic and will always be pathetic,
this is why they can't do anything in their own countries to make them better.

Here is a freebie I will give them-Their lulac/raza pride symbol should be a fist held over their foreheads with the index finger of their left hand and thumb extended to form the letter "L". I hope they use it because I think it fits them perfectly.

    Rawhide,

These people are parasites by nature; they are also, as it turns out, rather stupid, and their desperation and frustration is showing. As for this abuse of our flag, they have already thumbed their collective noses at everything else about America and Americans, so they might as well go all the way, while they're at it! While this angers us, bear in mind that it is also likely to make more Americans unsympathetic to Lulac's goals and agenda, so the end result is a net gain for us.
