Is there a need and cause for a Tenth Amendment rally?

HERE IS A LISTof Republican House members who voted for the No Child Left Behind Act. Shouldn’t these Republicans be prepared to explain what part of the federal Constitution grants power to Congress to tax for spend on and regulate public school systems created under State Constitutions? I would love to see a 10th Amendment rally and these Republicans who voted for the NCLBA called out during the rally and asked to explain themselves .

Please note that while DeMint voted against such tyranny, John Boehner and John Thune [leaders in the Republican Party] voted for the tyranny and the trashing of our Constitution’s Tenth Amendment!

But let us look at the facts.

The People of Maryland delegated the power for a state funded and regulated educational system to their state elected officials, and not to the Congress of the United States sitting in Washington --- the wording being as follows:

[b][i]“The General Assembly, at its First Session after the adoption of this Constitution, shall by Law establish throughout the State a thorough and efficient System of Free Public Schools; and shall provide by taxation, or otherwise, for their maintenance.â€

Well it is only common sense that the people will have more control over their childrens education at the state level....we need the Federal government out of the education of our children.

The problem is where are the people today with any common sense?

The whole idea for a Tenth Amendment Rally is to smoke out RINO’s!

A number of States are now in court, ostensibly to challenge Obamacare and Arizona's law via the Tenth Amendment. Well, let’s have a 10th Amendment rally and give the various States the opportunity to identify the countless other violations of the 10th Amendment which our federal government is now engaged in. It’s time to clear the air and stand up to the beast in Washington and smoke out all the RINO’s who pretend the federal government has become too large, but give aid and comfort to a despotically expanding federal government.

If the Republican Party leadership were sincere in wanting to reverse what our progressive crowd has been doing over the past 75 years or so, they would have identified and pledged to defund and close down some of the Establishment’s unconstitutional and bloodsucking institutions such as the unconstitutional federal department of education. But heck, seems as though they are just fine with this parasitic institution staying alive, so long as the Republican Party leadership gets their chance to be in charge of re-distributing the $120 BILLION budget which has been confiscated from the paychecks of Mary and Joe Sixpack who can barely meet their own personal economic needs.

And, while Mary and Joe Sixpack’s annual earnings are about $50-60K, the 5000 bloodsuckers at the federal department of education are paid very, very handsomely, see: FEDERAL EMPLOYEE OVERVIEW

[b][i]“Are you considering a government job? The federal government employs approximately 2 million federal workers plus 700,000 Postal workers and hires hundreds of thousands each year to replace civil service workers that transfer to other federal government jobs, retire, or leave for other reasons. Average annual salary for full-time federal government jobs now exceeds $79,197.

The U.S. Government is the largest employer in the United States, hiring about 2.0 percent of the nation's work force and the workforce is expanding significantly due to health care reform, in-sourcing, and many new regulatory programs. Federal government jobs can be found in every state and large metropolitan area, including overseas in over 200 countries. [u]The average annual federal workers compensation, including pay plus benefits, now exceeds $119,982 compared to just $59,909 for the private sector according to the United States Bureau of Economic Analysis.â€
