Anyone hear of BP seeing an illegal 5 feet away on the other side and telling them to not step over? I haven't.

Anyone hear of BP sending helicopters and rescue teams to rescue those out on the Islands and bring them on in? I have.

Why have we done rescues and allowed them to enter, then arrest all these years, when the law says we can prevent them from entering?
