Are they really that stupid??
Do big corporate leaders and congress really think the cheap labor will continue after we grant them citizenship? Just as soon as the papers are signed POOF!! They start demanding higher pay. Do they not realize the only reason they are getting the cheap labor is because they are illegal. What then?? Do we call for a few more million to replace them? They really need to think about this big WHAT IF!! And another thing, when they refuse higher pay, workers comp claims will break every record known to man!! SEND THEM HOME!! IT"S THE ONLY REAL ANSWER!!!

They will just hire some more "illegals" and then the so called Guest Workers, or whatever they will be called, will understand what everybody is complaining about!

So the bottom line is, if they become American citizens won't there be jobs they won't want to do anymore ?

Has anyone in Washington given any thought to the cost of amnesty if their insane bill passes? The cost of the logistics would be phenominal. And who wants more bureaucrats?

With the dropout rate of the Hispanic kids, they're not stepping up to the plate to make a sizable contribution to the economy except in terms of more babies translated to more welfare and health care drains and the males don't stand a chance of anything more than unskilled labor jobs.
Isn't the dropout rate around 60%?

That was the question on Lou Dobbs today, should they check the cost of illegal aliens to taxpayers now and how many of them are in this country before they consider any bill with regards to immigration? The answer was 96% in favor of finding out how many there are now and how much it is costing us now. I do not have much confidence in what they come up with as they cannot even figure out how many are here so how could they possibly figure out how much it is costing us taxpayers.

The way I figure it...deportation is a one time fee. We can recover from that alot quicker than a lifetime of fees we will incur with amnesty. It certainly doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. Not to mention the clean up in the streets if it's granted!!

If we are willing to spend billions and billions to build N.O.'s levees a city below sea level for God's sake, why are they trying to convince us that it is to costly to deport illegals? I am not swallowing that!
