Unemployed Americans need encouragement, they need to know they still matter, they still have rights, they still have value, they still have smarts and experience we desperately need in the production and sale of our goods and services. American Workers are superior workers and have always been, but Americans are also proud workers and demand a proper wage, training and respect.
