He had J.D. Hayworth and an Arizona State Rep. In the end they said the death of the police officer is on the head of Bush and the Congress for not making a mandatory law that all arrests of illegal aliens are to be reported to ICE within 48 hours and held. This guy who killed the officer had been deported before and had been arrested numerous times. Sad very sad.

O'Reilly said he would advocate for a law passed by Congress that requires ALL police departments throughout the country to be required to report to ICE within 48 hours the arrest of an illegal alien. No exceptions and ALL sanctuary policies will be outlawed.

This is another good talking point against Durbin's dream act. This killer was in his twenties. He could be given conditional legal status and wouldn't be able to be deported. We need to use this one too tomorrow and Monday.
