Face recognition software and technology has undergone many improvements since 9/11, in order to identify terrorists.
Now that the ICE is under the umbrella of Homeland Security, ICE is able to utilize these technologies.
I herd this on a radio program, AM radio.

Thank you for the warm welcome had_enuf...Chatham really is bad isn't it...I went camping a couple of weeks ago and the day I was suppose to come home I realized I hadn't seen or heard a hispanic or spanish the whole weekend!! It was so re-freshing! I was amazed...
