Judy. in large part I agree with your fair tax arguments. Even you say it will provide more of a fair break for citizens. I need to know who those citizens are that will be helped. IF it is the alien-Americans, I see no reason to exert energy for this. When we know that America has been preserved for Americans, then I can get excited about that. In other words, I'm thinking "First things first."
