Florida ER doctor's notes

Having spent three weeks in a hospital in Naples , Florida with my wife
I couldn’t help noticing what was going on in the hospital and I had a
lot of time to talk to the doctors and nurses about what I had
observed. Below is a commentary from an ER Doctor. Do you think this
might be a big reason our health care system and our social security
system are so screwed up? Do you think this might be a big reason our
taxes keep going up? Who do you think these people are going to vote
for?

From a Florida ER doctor:

"I live and work in a state overrun with illegals. They make more
money having kids than we earn working full-time. Today I had a
25-year old with 8 kids - that’s right 8; all illegal anchor babies
and she had the nicest nails, cell phone, hand bag, clothing, etc. She
makes about $1,500 monthly for each; you do the math. I used to say,
“We are the dumbest nation on earth.â€

I do know the foreign retiree issue is REAL. I understand we have approximately 2 million people now, who have never worked here, who are drawing SSI payments of several hundred a month, plus additional local benefits like food stamps. This does not come out of the Social Security Fund, but is still paid by US taxpayers.

Experts say that by 2050 this population will grow to 16 million.

Maybe it will be sooner-----in our modern world word get around very fast. Add this to a list of crazy aspects of our immigration and civil rights system such as:

-Amnestied illegals would be able to apply for distant relatives to either legally immigrate and work or come as new SSI recipients.
-They, and all the relatives who come here, being defined as racial minorities would qualify for additional assistance in numerous programs based upon their "racial minority" membership.
-Other countries, losing vital populations, may break down quicker into social strife, increasing the numbers seeking refuge.
-Increased boldness by civil rights advocacy groups to push the bounds of the judicial system in favor of "immigrant rights."

We know the rest of the story.

Welfare benefits have been severely curtailed for many years now. Long term welfare, which used to be easy to get, is now ruled out for almost everyone. Certain refugees may have special benefit programs targetted to them, but the average illegal is not classified as any sort of refugee.

This has been making the rounds. I remember a previous post here also from the ER doctor saying the same thing.

i don't trust snopes any more once i heard they were funded by acorn. before this article is blown off it needs to be checked out by other sources. in MHO

I seriously doubt she gets that much in cash but she probably receives an equal value amount in services like medical, food stamps, subsidized housing, and education, paid for by us taxpayers.
