I think they already have that ability within the existing laws. They just never bothered to enforce it. Our laws are actually very good, complete and thorough because most of them date back to a time when Americans weren't stupid and members of Congress weren't traitors. If we already have the Laws on the books...then DHS or whoever is in charge needs to make a Public announcement that we intend to enforce those Laws and it is in their best interest to make arrangements to go back to their Country of Origin. Their Visa's will not be renewed!

Trump's got this. He said over and over on the campaign trail and in his written immigration policy that illegal alien criminals, visa overstays and illegal aliens on welfare would be deportation priorities. And to Trump that's any crime, any visa and any form of welfare. His objective is to GET THEM OUT OF HERE.
