Thread: Trump Axes Immigration Speech As Rumors Swirl of Coming Deportation Flip-Flop

He is becoming a serious contender and has to walk this one through and decide exactly what the policy is going to be. I think we caught a glimpse tonight. If you want to see him in the WH, he has to do this. He does not have enough support to get there without a departure from his original plan. If you really support his candidacy, he needs some room right now. If you are unsure, watch the video of Sen. Sessions regarding this matter.

Heck, if Hillary wins, forget about it period. They are all going to be citizens in less than a year.

If Trump has to do this to win, at least he will begin to enforce the laws on the books, close the border, repair the visa entry/exit system, deport or imprison the 300,000 criminal illegal aliens and apply the law to the rest. Eventually over time many will end up being deported as they have interaction with police or just end up leaving.

I knew there was always the possibility of this happening (change in policy). Heck, Donald Trump himself warned us of it. Hasn't he actually been quoted as saying, "everything is flexible". Donald needs to understand, you don't betray those that got you to the dance! If he comes out in support of any sort of amnesty, he'll lose a lot of supporters, including me. I think someone has convinced him that he must pander to the Hispanic crowd to win. Reversing his position, or flip-flopping if you will, will certainly cost him more support than he'll gain (IMO).

Well, not really. I'm not going to believe Univision over Trump. Why would any American? I'm also not going to believe a BIMBO like Conway who contradicts her boss on live television, either. Any time a candidate has to go on the air and run interference for an employee, the employee screwed up. That's why he had to call in to Fox and Friends this morning, that's why he had to cancel his speech in Denver on Thursday, and that's why he had to go on O'Reilly tonight. She has created an entire week or more of controversy over his signature issue, when there was no controversy. Unforgivable.

We know Donald Trump has no reservation about firing someone. If it's as you say, wouldn't he have fired her?

Well, he actually does have reservations about firing people. Now you've got a woman in the job, the first woman to run a national campaign. So now if he fires her, he'll be attacked for doing so. Therefore, he will probably take his time and see if she can get straight, but I saw 2 more interviews and she was horrible. He's probably not had time to see them because he was busy making a speech in Ohio and doing his own show with O'Reilly to straighten out the mess she caused.

No it isn't wrong. It's also not wrong when a man does it and the shoe fits. A bimbo is an attractive empty-headed woman and based on her outrageously stupid interview on Sunday and the continuing stupid interviews today, at least 2 that I know of, totally contradicting Trump in his interviews today, and misrepresenting his policies, positions and statements OF RECORD on his website as well as on tape, she is stupid, and therefore empty-headed, and since she is also somewhat attractive, a bimbo by definition.

Look, she's misrepresenting him. ICE is a deportation force. He's going to request increasing that deportation force by 3 x. Do we call that a "mechanism"? No, that's a deportation force. E-Verify is a "mechanism." 20,000 ICE Agents up from 5,000 today is a deportation force.
