Many parents would leave them behind as they were born to be anchors for them & they probably would not have funds to care for them in their countries.

Every law enforcement and government official involved in any "taking" of children from their parents during a deportation removal should be prosecuted for the crime of kidnapping and sent to prison for 25 to life for each child "taken".

Yes, he can. The children are in the legal custody of the parents under US law and I believe all international law. No government can take your children away from you and no government is obligated to care for your children because they are deporting you to your home country. The children are removed with the parents, not by deportation order but by planet recognized legal custody of minors.

What the US government is doing is child snapping just like slave owners did to the children of black slaves. It's unconscionable and disgusting. It is also kidnapping and a high crime.

I do not know about all cases, but I do know that most illegal immigrant parents are given the option of taking their children with them. Most choose to leave their children in the states with a family member or friend.

Elvira Arrellano was a perfect example. When she was to be deported she said that she should not have to choose between leaving her US citizen child in the U.S. or taking him with her to Mexico. The U.S. government's position was that Arellano was free to take her son with her to Mexico in order to keep her family together.

Maybe Trump should insist that Mexico pay the U.S. for every penny that the U.S. taxpayers have to spend on Mexicans. Medical, education and welfare, etc.

Government agencies take children away from their parents every day.

What does child abuse have to do with the subject matter of this thread? These children we're talking about are not abused children. They're being kidnapped because they're treated as citizens and wrongfully and illegally separated from their parents when the parents are deported. The children should be removed with the parents if they're minor children because the parents have legal custody.
