I lived in Phoenix for four years and I know about the heat there. Tell your husband that due to the low humidity, the sweat his body generates, evaporates almost instantly. Your body sweats to act as a cooling mechanism. You can get overheated very quickly and not even realize it, till it's too late. I hope they are letting them work in the early morning or even at night, instead of the heat of the day.
