Yes, I agree. Trump needs to approve these one by one, dollar for dollar. He'll make sure the money is stretched as far as it can go and negotiated to the last penny to get the best possible infrastructure projects at the lowest possible cost to taxpayers and awards granted to firms and companies that can bring them in on time and under budget. We've been so screwed all these years, billions and billions and billions that add up to trillions and trillions wasted on boondoggles with nothing important to show for it. Nothing.
