    USE THE VICTIM-WITNESS PROGRAM!!!

    EACH U.S. ATTORNEY'S OFFICE HAS A VICTIM-WITNESS PROGRAM.
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO MAKE SURE VICTIMS AND WITNESSES ARE "TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT."

THE CRIME CONTROL ACT OF 1990 GAVE VICTIMS AND WITNESSES CERTAIN RIGHTS.

THIS INCLUDES THE STATUS OF THE INVESTIGATION OF THE CRIME!

SO IF IN THE PAST YOU HAVE REPORTED INCIDENTS OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND HAD NO WAY OF LEARNING IF ANYTHING WAS EVER DONE WITH YOUR INFORMATION, PERHAPS IT'S TIME YOU START REPORTING INFO TO YOUR U.S. ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND REQUEST THAT YOUR RIGHT TO FOLLOW UP INFORMATION PER THE CRIME CONTROL ACT OF 1990.

FOR MORE INFORMATION....GO TO YOUR U.S. ATTORNEY'S WEBSITE....AND LOOK FOR A HYPERLINK TO THE VICTIMS AND WITNESSES PROGRAM.

It will not be enough to send a letter. We will have to march on washington and dictate terms in the white house

Well, you guys will probably wonder what took me so long to do this. I have started a folder for 'rights' I find here. This knowledge will be essential in the future.

    Thanks, Steve for the tip!!
