Talk about FLUFF (LOVE that expression!)!!! That was confusing enough, wasn't it??? IF it's true, that's more accurate than I thought because I was under the impression that it was just measured by the number of people filing for unemployment. IT doesn't, however, tell us how much of a pay cut the ones who HAVE found jobs had to take, does it???
