    This really makes me mad. But what really infuriates me even more, is the cavalier attitude that the authorities show. Why wont they go after each coyote? Why wait for something to get totally out of control before arresting each one? This is where the Border Control and Homeland Security screw up. They cant wait for it to become a major operation just to go after the 'big guys'. They need to show EVERY COYOTE that THEY WILL BE ARRESTED AND GO TO JAIL!
