Friends,

Please review the raw footage in four segments below. I hope these videos tell the story well. You may have to turn up the volume to hear my conversation inside the Charlotte police department.

These videos are 28 minutes long all together and Im working with friends to provide a condensed version with captions and notes for release tomorrow.

Please provide me with your honest opinions and feedback. Ive written some notes in the video descriptions.

I can not believe they did not have a police presence during that event. That is so dangerous and irresponsible of the police department and city officials.

For gatherings like that, most cities require a permit, police presence, porta-potties and fees to clean up after the crowd leaves.

I called today to try and rent Marshall Park next month for a "Border Security" rally.

They told me they do not rent out Marshall Park anymore but I could have one ten minutes away for a rental fee of $2,000 and they would have to estimate how many security officers I would be required to have based on crowd size.

I told them I hoped to have three thousand and they said I would have to speak with someone later to determine how many off duty officers I would have to hire at $35 an hour!

The double standard again!

Illegals get all they want and Americans have to play by the rules.

Are you sure this wasn't filmed in Los Angeles? I knew this happened in LA, but had no idea it happens in Charlotte, NC!

This is the message going to the national media now.

New video footage released today shows a stark contrast between Charlotte Mayor Pat McCrory's city administration policies and his campaign ads in the race for NC Governor.

While McCrory is promising Republican voters in TV ads that he will be tough on illegal immigration, new video footage shows his administration waived the requirements for over 5,000 illegal aliens and their supporters to rally in Charlotte without any police presence or security.

The primary in on May 6. These videos are released during today's May 1 immigration protests.

Charlotte law requires events in public parks to hire one police officer for every 500 attendees at a cost of $35 per hour per officer. Over ten officers should have been present at these events on 4/25/2006 in Marshall Park which is adjacent to Mayor Pat McCrory's offices.

Tried to find Pat McCrory's videos but they were pulled from the site.

I really hope W that Glenn or Lou will work with this . Be great if CBS ran it in reply to the hate mail from La Raza !!
I wonder if someone called and said they are with The Race , What would the park cost ?
