The "Race" Development Fund is basically a financial lending institution involved in creating charter and private schools and other "social and community" development areas. They have a brochure if you google them. It sounds like a total misuse of taxpayer funds. The brochure is a lot of double-speak and I'm sure a lot of pockets are being lined.

Digger, if it passes the senate, it still has to pass the House of reps before
it becomes law though right? The Cali senators are so corrupt there's no point in contacting them, but my congressman is on the right side (Campbell R-CA).

This is crap that must be stopped. It clearly outlines how the invasion continues at the taxpayer's expense. It would be like us letting them walk into our country, start up schools and work places that operate only in spanish while our leaders help them. It would be the scenario where we fought a WAR in our own country and lost and then see the enemy move in with their culture and demand (or die) to assimilate to them (something I'll die doing before that ever happens!). It sounds like our leaders have already surrendered. Any leader who votes for this is an absolute idiot and a traitor. What the hell is going on?
