We cannot ever overthrow them and even to as much as say it is a federal offense punishable with up to 25 years in prison.

Well, thanks to Lincoln, that notion was shot down in the 1860s. And it's not the Constitution that says that, but rather the nation's charter, the Declaration of Independence.

Looks like another law the illegals can get away with. They talk about overthrowing my country all the time. And yet, nothing is done about it.
