Why must you always cloud the issues ?
the issue is BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP
And no , the president can't do ANYTHING about it but
recommend to congress how he feels
On enforcement , there is a lot he can do

If you are saying the President couldn't just say - 'it's ended' and it is - very likely not. I'm wouldn't bet anything with this President.
But if you are saying he has no power, no recourse, no way to effect that change - you are wrong - and to say otherwise makes no sense.
He doesn't have the power to not enforce our laws - yet he doesn't.
He didn't get amnesty - he got the next best thing - maybe even better for him. They are all here - and more are coming.
He might not have gotten amnesty - but he got to keep his illegals and bring in even more.
