Government Agents Seize Oath Keeper's New Born From Hospital

Last Night John Irish & Stephanie Janvrin had their new born baby girl taken away by government officials because of their involvement with Oath Keepers, a non violent constitutional organization. According to Irish, The Director of Security and the Head Nurse of the Hospital said "we want the pediatrician to check the baby in the nursery so that you can go home." The baby was wheeled out in the bassinet under the protest of Irish. Irish followed them out and took note of 3-4 men wearing suits with detective badges as well as 3 police officers.

The Division of Family Child Services proceeded to pat down John and inform the parents they would be taking the daughter. "They Stole our Child" says John Irish. An Affidavit was produced that claimed an affiliation with a militia called Oath Keepers. Irish claims Oath Keepers is a non violent organization. John and Stephanie were able to spend a few minutes with their daughter and were forced to leave. A security officer escorted the two out of the hospital.

Court is next week, I hope I can find a GOOD lawyer that will take this pro bono. These (edit by Goodoledays) are trying to say that my daughter is not safe with me because I am an OathKeeper WTF!!! IT ISN'T A DAMN MILITIA WHAT DON'T THEY COMPREHEND ABOUT THIS!!!

The story is spreading but we need to know more. There needs to be some paperwork to seize a child. It's not on a mainstream news channel, and we have been burned or at least threatened with credibility damage due to false stories being spread before.

There will need to be some sort of court action to change custody from the parents at some point if that is what someone is up to. The reasons will have to be stated. The version of this story that I was just looking at said that an affadavit was produced (a warrant?) and the parents were escorted out of the hospital. I would ask if the mother had been discharged yet? If not, they exceeded their authority right there, too.

It's not outside the realm of possibility: the parents who named their kid Adolf Hitler lost their kids, I think. But I'm not aware of any couple losing custody because of a membership of the parent. There should be more to this story. It might be harassment. I was harassed with potential custody loss in my divorce, so I know that things can get ugly if someone doesn't like you. But we need to know more.

Agreed - there's definitely more to the story here than what we've been given. What we have now makes no sense as to the 'why' of the situation and we need to confirm the status of the baby. We certainly don't have enough information to take any action.

Does this oath sound like a militia to anyone but anti-American, anti-Constitution socialists? The information is also being verified by Oath Keepers and I hope that it is found to be false.

my money is on this being either a hoax , or that the parents are crazy and CPS is doing it's job ... i highly doubt new hampshire the LIVE FREE OR DIE state is putting the boot down on it's citizens for the heck of it .

If this is a hoax, whoever is doing this should be charged with something! I don't know what...but something!
