Just wondering why ICE has not has not arrested the illegal criminal, Nikki Diaz, for perjury and possesion of false documents? Are the Obama/Jerry Brown thugs trying to milk this case for political gain in California? Also, who is paying the legal bills of Nikki Diaz? We need answers to these questions!!

According to the analysis I heard on news last night, she should definitely be picked up by ICE and charged with document fraud, a felony offense. However, the same Justice Department that refused to try the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation, a felony, may also refuse to pick up, indict and deport this Mexican criminal. We are witnessing gross dereliction of duty in our government. IMO, when the NEW Congress convenes, there should be investigations and indictments for crimes against the U.S. Constitution. This issue is black and white, there are no shades of gray here!

TEXASBORN....I believe that I saw the same thing you watched and I also heard them speculating as to whether Gloria Aldred should/would be charged herself for what she's doing in connection with this illegal maid worker.

According to ICE it won't pick up poor little Niki because she's only a "criminal." ICE says it will focus only on "CRIMINAL" illegal aliens. Here "CRIMINAL" seems to mean somebody who commits "BIG" crimes. But if the illegal commits little "crimes" they won't bother. ICE is just following orders.

John Morton head of ICE was just on Greta and said they'd look into it. She should be the poster child for deportation! Deporting her would send a message that we're not going to stand for this total lack of enforcement. "Adios' Amiga"

Just saw the Greta interview. Allred compared our little chica to Rosa Parks. I am not even black and this reference really made me mad. Why didn't Allred use a brave hispanic to make her point . You know. somebody like umm umm Sorry still tryin to think of one.
