Thread: What is Lou Dobbs problem?

Well Lou did a good job of slamming Chertoff last night. Granted not in an interview, but it was great. Maybe he must have read my email.

Dobbs: .... Michael Chertoff, secretary of DHS -- yes, I said your operation and what you're doing in this country and to this country is an outrage and you ought to be ashamed.
But this sham, to sit there and to say to the American people that the only way to secure the border is to have a guest worker program? Of all the mendacious, outrageous, politically-inspired claptrap that could flow from that department -- and it is loaded with it -- I can't imagine topping it.
And the idea of not being able to defend? To define, rather -- defend or define controlling our border? What is in the world is that about?

When they talk about the mother being deported and leaving her child here, I do not understand why they are not told more forcefully that the child should go back with the parent/parents.

When Governor Lamar Alexander, now a senator, went to Australia years ago to live for a short stint, he took his family with him. Granted, they speak English, but they went as a unit. When Missionaries go to foreign countries, they very often take their children. The families learn the language as well as keep their own by interacting with the country's citizenry. When a teacher goes to a foreign country to teach for a period of time they may take their family. They are not freaking out about the language or asking the foreign government to accomodate them or support them. When an exchange student goes abroad they LEARN the language. Let these children go home with their parents and speak their parents language. They do have schools there and as stated above, may return when 18.

More importantly, let's end this "ANCHOR BABY" charade so they can no longer use this excuse.

While I did see the interview with Governor Richardson I thought that Lou must have a reason for not challenging him. I wanted to email him to mention the above reasoning of just take your child with you. The son got to Mexico, just send his mother on to meet him. So, he is a citizen with today's misinterpretation of the 14th amendment, just consider him be an exchange student and move on to Mexico.

Maybe he can lobby his mother's government to fix that country's problems.

Glen Beck is taking up some slack for Dobbs. He is just as passionate about getting our country back. He had TYancredo on last night. Tancredo says the president has crawfished on the fence (doesn't want to insult Mexico) he is now proposing a virtual fence which bot Beck and Tancredo said will be as useless as tits on a boar hog.

And they are right. But what would surprise anyone about a Traitor crawfishin' or failure to abide the US Congress and the Will of the American People?

That's all he's done for 6 years.

We can just look forward to 2 more years of it.
