Well, if Hillary or Obama are elected (perish the thought) they'll raise taxes so I'd just hand it right back to them.

If not, I'll use it for my ROTH IRA or 529 plan.

I'm not going to put the money in the bank! I'm going to keep the cash under my mattress! If Bush is wrong and economy crashes there may be a problem getting money out of the banks! This country is making the same mistakes as ancient Rome!

Our economy used the be based on manufacturing and production now it is based on consumption as in spend, spend, spend except Americans are tapped out and this is only smoke and mirrors. I am going to put part under the mattress and the rest is going for some more silver.

This is one of the dumbest ideas they have come up with lately although I will take the money it was mine to begin with.

I agree. We'll be using ours to pay off a credit card.

I think the whole thing is such a sham, anyway. I don't know how Bush can stand up and even show his face on TV with the country in such a mess. Cheney stands behind him looking like a whipped old dog.
