What is your local news saying?

Last night, I was astounded to see our local media asking why our predominently Hispanic population isn't out in the streets protesting.

Mind you, I'm sitting right ON the Mexican border out here and UTEP has released a study that says 51% of the people in this county are illegal aliens! So, if they decide to mob these streets, I've decided to take some photos, get in my van with my suitcase and go home to NC. All they have to do is look at me to know I'm not one of them.

What is the local media doing in your area?

My local news sources haven't been this excited since they were marching arm in arm to support Ho Chi Minh.
It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.

This is what San Diego considers peaceful student protesters:

My local TV station, WLOS, an ABC affiliate, almost never reports on illegal immigration. I saw the first story I can remember, last week, when they did a story on how the issue was splitting the Republican Party. No surprise though, as the station is owned by Sinclair Broadcasting, which is known as a major supporter of President Bush.
    REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER!
