Thread: WHERE WILL GUEST WORKERS GET THEIR HEALTH INSURANCE ?

What do they need health insurance for? They get free medical care now thanks to US taxpayers. Why would they actually want to PAY for it?

You also left out one other important clause: anyone who does not currently have insurance (i.e. through an employer) who does not apply for the MA state insurance will be fined. The reasoning there is that they will not prove a burden on the state when they need medical care but have no insurance.

yes barkway that is in there, but it remains to be seen how these fines will be imposed and collected. Most people that do not have health insurance cannot afford it, as they say you cannot get blood from a stone. I am curious how they will handle that, I do know they will try to impose the fines through state taxes, but yet again these people cannot afford it.

The Medicare prescription drug plan is a mess too. It was passed to benefit the pharmaceutical manufacturers, not the Medicare recipient.

The illegals will be granted citizen ship and watch how fast they get their papers. I am sure they will continue to go to the ER for every little thing. Nothing is going to change here.
