    Who is in control?

And now for the latest chapter in the saga of.....illegal aliens without driver licenses. This is the 7th incident in a month for our relatively small rural area. He smashed into a 100 year old building which was an Historical Landmark and used for a construction office The resulting damage was extensive as his car pushed in the entire front side of the building...and what happened to him may you ask? He is out on bond....go figure.

    Who is in Control?

This happened just outside Savannah, Georgia. I live about 15 miles south of where it happened.

If ALIPAC were a casino I'd be betting tons of money that he won't show up for court.

    Who is in control?

All previous dui's were serious. One involved 2 that were drunk....one jerked the wheel while the other was driving so the vehicle jumped the median on the bypass and hit another vehicle head-on killing a 21 year old woman on her way home from college classes. Another accident.....dui again...the driver was speeding, lost control, rolled over, the vehicle caught fire on the same bypass and killed the passenger. The carnage just doesn't stop. In Mexico they are very lenient on drunk drivers so their attitude is imported here with deadly consequences.

In CA the illegals do much of the crime. Thousands of innocent people have been killed or maimed by them in auto accidents. No license, no insurance, no prosecution. They have no permanent address, so they can't be tracked. The vehicles they drive are often borrowed or stolen.
In California, it's the driver of the car who is responsible for accidents, so although the car owner may be found, the illegal driver seldom is.

Why are the judges so stupid to still give them the option of bail?

I wonder if they didn't put an immigration hold on this turkey because they couldn't get an ICE agent to come to the small town to do it?
Illegal aliens remain exempt from American laws, while they DEMAND American rights...
