How can we advertise?
Hi Group.
Like I have stated before I am not the skinniest nickel
In the box. But surly there are some you that know advertising
What do you think? can it be done?

I will help if I can. I would love to see this group advertised on TV and Radio and in Magazines and billboards. My Question Can it be done… Thank Yall -

I don't know anything about advertising, but have had fantasies about a full page ad with a headline something like this:

The following members of congress openly affirmed their loyalties lie with Felipe Calderon and not with the American People. under this I would list the names of all that voted for amnesty. At the bottom of the page I would remind people of every vote that has gone to the people against amnesty and then show quotes from Calderon demanding the congress pass such a bill.

Now you know what middle aged women fantasize about lololol

Maybe we could take an ad out in the NY Times and get a discount! They gave a discount to moveon for their DISGUSTING ad.

Where is it from?

You would be surprised at how inexpensive many avenues of adertisement is.

I have some experience in this -- or more apt, just starting to..

Some avenues are "EXPENSIVE", but you can do a 1minute radio ad in Iowa on WHO radio station for about $55 - $100 or so.... the MAJOR cities, like Los Angeles are rather pricey. For instance a $30second ad on Jack FM is like 500 bucks....

But you can produce a decent television commercial for like $2K, and run it on cable for another grand.

There are MANY options...

I believe if there was a true formation for ONE or TWO major tv campaigns in which ALIPAC, NUMBERSUSA, FAIR, and GRASSFIRE worked together, they could truly do some serious damage to illegal immigration apathy in this country.

Our cause needs alot more NATIONAL exposure.

I will make a donation to that cause if they can get a plan together..

It's funny you guys mention that here. I was just thinking about this very issue the other day to myself.

Let me raise the issue with W (quietly) and see if there is any feasibility in doing something in that realm. ..can't promise anything, but it would be very interesting to consider and could be very, very useful.

We just took a trip and I saw all kinds of vacant billboards . They were advertising them all up and down the roads on the interstate .

We need to talk to this site owner and see what he thinks about other ways to fight this . He is more experianced in this kind of thing .
