    They consider that offense a misdemeanor, and they just have to ask for a pardon, which is granted to them, this is if they have not committed other crimes. For them to be pardon for that offense, they have to go to their countries, and apply from there, but in the case of that woman who is fighting the law probably she is going to get citizenship because she has an American born child.

    But she also commited identity theft. It would be pretty outrageous if that was just excused as well.
