5 billion dollars and 3 years to turn a profit ... or poof .. the jobs gone.... thats cheep and could put Thousands to work in a relatively short time... there is a lot of motivation to get back at the high tech companies that out sourced their jobs .. a lot of fear .. a motivation to get more that 475.00 a week unemployment that barely or doesnt even pay your bills

I got laid off this year and I'm trying to start a business. I'm hoping that the Neufeld memo implementation will help open up some opportunities for Americans in America. The Neufeld memo says that bodyshops can't just bring foreign workers here on H-1B visas and place them at third party businesses. They have to be employed by the people who sponsored them. So many loopholes and tricks have been played with the guestworker visas. And the joke was always on the American worker.
