Thread: Why doesn't Trump prosecute under section 1324 Title 8 of the US code??

That law makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to come to or reside in america. Sanctuary (really outlaw) cities are clearly guilty. So is Obama for his two amnesties . And the penalties are very severe. If you encourage an illegal to live here and he kills someone then YOU can be executed. Certainly some of Obama's "dreamers" killed people on our highways and O could be legally executed for that.

A)Any person who—

(iv)encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law;

shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).
