There will be no "multiculturalism" shoved down everyone's throat. This is America, and it has its own culture, thank you very much. People will speak English, people will obey our laws, and people will learn how we live here in America - i.e., we don't raise chickens in the city, and we don't live 60 to a household.

There should have been a "Lower Class of Treason" law JUST on these very issues. American businesses are not American once they abuse/import/outport cheep labor.
Any business that moves it's operations out of America is no more an American company & have import taxes enforced.

What we really need to do, is not create a new America, but to restore our original constitutional Republic, so that it works in the way its founders intended. Actually this would require on a few laws, and a couple of amendments to the constitution (the latter to undo years of judicial "legislating". The following changes are proposed:

(1) No individual shall serve more than two terms in any office of public trust, whether state federal or local.

(2) No office of public trust shall pay a salary greater than $100.00, per year.

(3) Professional lobbying, to include gifts of money or other considerations, including campaign contributions, shall be a federal felony, punishable by a term of not less than five years imprisonment.

(4) No holder of any office of public trust shall be allowed to seek employment with any entity with which the branch of government in which he served does business with, or regulates, within ten years of having left office.

Note: Numbers 1 through 4 above, are intended to dismantle, and prevent the re-emergence of, the professional governing class, i.e. career politicians. Our forefathers regarded public service as a sacrifice made for our nation, not as a career, and most certainly not as a path to personal wealth, and we need to restore that.

(5) English shall be the Official language of the United States; it shall be unlawful, to conduct any official business of any governmental entity in any other language.

(6) All public laws shall be written in plain English, so that everyone, (including the legislators voting on same) may understand their precise meaning.

(7) The income tax shall be abolished, and replaced with a national sales tax (value added tax). Note: this will encourage saving, reduce paperwork, and improve compliance with the tax code, as there will be far fewer opportunities for cheating, and the citizenry will actually understand the tax system.

(8 As there are now no former slaves residing or born within the United States, the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is hereby repealed, as its original purpose is now obsolete. This will be replace by the following new amendment: Any person born of parents who are both United States citizens, shall be a citizen of the United States. Any person born on United States territory shall be a citizen of the United States, provided that one parent is a United States citizen, and the other a citizen of the United States or a legal resident thereof. Any person born on United States territory, whose parent or parents are unlawfully residing on said territory at the time, shall not receive United States Citizenship except that any such child with one parent who is a United States citizen may apply for citizenship at age 18. Children born to non-citizen legal residents, shall be allowed to apply for United States Citizenship at age 18.

(9) All United States borders shall be militarized. A separate service branch, reporting to the Department of the Army, may be created for this purpose.

(10) Unlawful entry into the United States shall be a felony, punishable by two years imprisonment, followed by immediate deportation. No one , having unlawfully entered the United states, shall be eligible to apply for permission to re-enter the country at any time in the future. No one, found to have unlawfully resided in the United States at any time, shall be eligible to apply for naturalized citizenship, even if previously granted legal status by any "amnesty".

(10) Any attempt to register to vote, or to cast a vote, by a non-citizen, shall be a felony punishable by not less than ten years imprisonment. Any person or parsons conspiring to assist a non-citizen to either vote or register to vote, shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by a term of not less than five years imprisonment.

That should be a good start.

I would amend that to read UNLESS EVERY SINGLE ABLE BODIED AMERICAN WORKER IS EMPLOYED FULL TIME.. VOLUNTEER HOUSEWIFE/HOUSEHUSBAND WOULD BE CONSIDERED EMPLOYED FULL TIME, PROVIDING NO GOVERNMENT AID IS GIVEN AND THE OTHER SPOUSE IS EMPLOYED FULL TIME.

Adhere to the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES.

Throw out all the crappy laws the liberal judges have initiated.

Review all laws currently on the books and scrap any that do not adhere to the Constitution.

Change the terms for members of Congress to 4 years (both House and Senate) with a 2 term LIMIT. NO RETIREMENT BENEFITS. This would require amending the Constitution. But it is SORELY needed!!!!

Limit the number of employees they can have. All should have the same number........right now, some have a few and others have 70 -80. I'm talking about their offices!!!! NO RELATIVES allowed on payroll. Any person who worked in any of the 3 branches of government would NEVER be allowed to become a lobbyist. In fact, lobby's should be OUTLAWED.

Anyone running for office could accept campaign funds ONLY FROM THOSE WHO WOULD BE HIS CONSTITUENTS, with a $500/family limit. No corporate funds, no PACS, no personal financing, nothing but constituent dollars. Presidential candidates federally financed with set amount. That way, no one could BUY an office! People who would be willing to run, willing to serve, wouldn't have to be wealthy!!!!

Stop immigration from ANYWHERE for a few years. We are getting overloaded. Scrap the twisted immigration laws, and write new, short, clear, concise immigration laws. AND THEN ENFORCE THEM after the moratorium.

NO AMNESTY EVER FOR ILLEGALS, NO ANCHOR BABIES, AND ALL CITIZENSHIP GIVEN TO ANCHOR BABIES HERETOFORE WOULD BE NULL AND VOID!

Anyone HIRING an illegal would go to jail...do not pass GO and do not collect $200.

Until the border is completely and TOTALLY secured, at least 75,000 U.S. military would be there, with orders to "halt or else!"
