Thread: Why should we follow any laws ?

Just another example of nullification. The city of L. A. has nullified Federal immigration laws and is in effect acting like an independent country. The state government and the Federal government do nothing about it. But the Feds would be very upset if a state or local government tried to nullify the health care bill.

Does anyone know what happens to the truck driver that exceeds his hours of service limit and goes down the road and going through a green light on his side, then someone runs a red light and the trucker runs into and kills the red light runner?

Or he is going down the interstate and a person jumps off of a overpass and commits suicide?

He/she better find a real good lawyer! Otherwise he will be going to see Bubba!

The trucker was NOT supposed to be there! End of story!

Of course that only works for Americans!

The illegal is pulled over and checked. A licensed driver comes and gets the car, next day the illegal runs a stop sign and kills someone with the same car that was stopped by police the previous day,......Cha-ching, cha-ching!

All that is needed is an ambulance chaser. The new victim status places the liability on the police dept. Had they done their job this could be avoided.
