From everything I've read over the last few days on Moore and Strange, Moore seems to be the more honest straight shooter. Regardless of Trump's support for Strange, I hope Moore runs away with this election. He seems like the kind of guy that says what he means and means what he says, Strange, on the other hand, seems like the kind of guy that will follow the political winds that favor his political ambitions. Furthermore, Moore seems to come much closer to sharing Jeff Sessions core values than does Luther Strange. That in itself is an important distinction between the two.

Give me Moore on this one!

I think Trump's support of Luther Strange, the establishment candidate, over Roy Moore nibbles away a little trust from his base. Probably not as much as coming out in favor of a DACA amnesty (that was a big bite), but those nibbles will add up in the end. Trump needs to get his act together and reverse course back to his campaign promises of "drain the swamp" and "no amnesty" to revive the full range of support he had from his base at the end of his campaign.

Stop taking bad advice Mr. President and kick John Kelly's butt to the curb!
