LOL...that is putting it nicely. You must be in a good mood today. Mexico wants us to go by the rules, but they don't want to go by the same rules. What else is new? Their government has been pretty much taken over by cartels and we are suppose to blindly follow the rules of NAFTA when the situation of drug cartels and illegals is CLEARLY out of control. I suggest, as an emergecy measure, to militarize the border with soldiers but to do it without sending the military. I think we should take ex-soldiers and send them to the border to protect it. That way they can't say our military is on the border, because technically it would not be.

I have rib eye steaks going on the barbie and about 4 lbs of snow crab so thats a plus for tonight.

NAFTA is actually a contract. The U. S. can do whatever is necessary to defend its borders. That includes putting the military on the borders. There isn't enough law enforcement personnel on or near the borders to do the job. Thus the U. S. needs to use the military. It is completely legal.
