This isn't all the legal immigration, is it?

and prove that they can support themselves for at least 5 years

I doubt that is every enforced. One may have to 'prove' it before coming here, but I don't for a minute believe it is enforced after they come here.

There is no need to enforce this, they require you to
know english, have money in your checking account
    and proper education.

The minimum in the bank account is at the discretion
    of the embassy employee.

This are more than enough requirements to guarantee
that the immigrant is worthy of this country.

    .

I simply asked if the requirement they be able to support themselves was enforced once they were here?

    That's all.

I didn't understand your post in that light?

No it is not enforced, if that is your question.

    WELCOME TO ALIPAC ronaldlion123

It sounds to me like this is an ad for one of those rip off lottery groups. They charge you huge money to fill out your paperwork for you. They make false claims that more of their "clients" get picked than by applying any other way. I am thinking they may be enticing people to use them by promising to buy the ticket.

    Is this even enforced?
    Not in California.

A lottery with human beings. I think this is the most weird immigration program ever designed and it perfectly illustrates that now we are in position of cattle and subjects of international trade.

What about an immigration program based on gladiator style games where the survivor and victor wins a "green card" in the USA or Europe? It could be broadcasted and the TV stations would earn a lot of money - it would be a perfect reality show.

Are we really that low ?

That lottery thing should be forbidden immediately.
