Thread: Work ethic, not wages, is why employers hire illegal immigra

I have managed several companies in my home State of Florida that continually hired illegals. My experience with illegals in the workplace has been nothing but a headache. They come and go and you cannot rely on them to stay for a long period of time. If another illegal employer offers them more money down the street they leave without a notice. They are not what these people say they are. Some of them do stay and some of them are loyal but this does not change the fact that they are illegals. You have to accomodate them because they don't speak english. They care nothing about quality work. I could go on and on. The moment they see a mistake on their paycheck they find a way to communicate right away but if it is work related they shake their head and pretend they don't understand. Is this good work ethic?
