Our LT at shift meeting cave a great speech I agree with her.
It was about Working in side the system . Just the highlight here
She told us as a group you can scream all you want about what you think is right or wrong . But until you learn that standing outside and yelling in will do you no good.
You have to be willing to work – and work inside the system until you work your way up to the point that you can change things – that is what I love about this group- I see people
Working inside the system willing to use there vote – calling people – and sharing information all for the good of the common cause for the will of the majority of the Citizens of the United states of America –If anything this group has helped restore my faith in the American People Thank you – let me know if I can do anything for the group

TEX, the most important thing you can do right now is send more eyes and ears this way. The more we work together, the more we accomplish. I too am relatively new to the group, but like yourself I am inspired by what I see taking shape here. None of us have a chance alone, but together we can make things happen. Some of us get a little frustrated from time to time, a little too angry, and maybe sometimes a little too distracted personally. What I have found is that there is a common cause that reels us back in (sometimes with a little help from our sister or brother ) and realigns our focus! Thanks for joining the team and stay tuned---the coming days are going to be VERY INTERESTING!
