I would like to see a 'country of origin' label also.

If consumers drive the price of food, I am confused. In NYC, fresh veggies are cheaper than they are here in Texas.

Store brand milk at Wal Mart is 4.06 and Oak Farms is 5.06. My daughter only pays 5.00 a gallon for organic milk in NYC. I would think the density of consumers in NYC would have more impact than the consumers here in Texas.

Some things are more expensive, of course, but the price of fresh veggies just blew my mind when we were up there - or how they compared to our prices, I should say.
