My honest opinion is that unless there are quick response teams to the reported illegals incursion point, then it will just be a "reality TV show".

The cameras, until I experience something different, are simply more smoke and mirrors. They just want us to shut up and get off their backs about this illegal issue.

It's a great idea! I'm in south texas and I'm all for it. I'm proud of my govenor for having the b*lls to come up with such an idea. I doubt we will get it though, pro-illegal groups are already threatening lawsuits. And besides, we won't be allowed to have that much fun.
