ALIPAC is calling on US Senator Robert Menendez to resign his post in the "Gang of 8" pushing for immigration reform and his US Senate seat in response to the two scandals that have emerged involving both a young illegal immigrant sex offender on his campaign staff and an active FBI investigation into charges Senator Menendez has been engaging in sex acts with child prostitutes.

Senator Menendez, a Democrat representing New Jersey, is in the "Gang of 8" with seven other senators trying to push immigration reform in 2013 that contains a controversial path to citizenship for illegal immigrants which detractors have labeled amnesty.

Robert Menendez is in the national media limelight next to Republicans Marco Rubio (R-FL), John McCain (R-AZ), and Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

"If I was in a group or a "gang," I certainly would not be working along side Robert Menendez," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "He needs to resign from the immigration reform team and the US Senate because these salacious scandals involving illegal immigrant sex offenders on his staff and under aged prostitutes are too distracting and damaging. His reputation is too damaged and now tarnishes all those willing to still support him, especially Marco Rubio, John McCain, and Lindsey Graham."

According to a report by the Associated Press, Obama administration political appointees at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) repeatedly instructed Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents not to arrest an illegal alien sex offender who was employed as an unpaid intern in the office of Senator Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) until after the elections.

ABC and others are reporting that leaked FBI emails show Senator
Menendez is under active investigation for alleged repeated use of under aged prostitutes in the Dominican Republic. One source reported to the Daily Caller that during the sex parties Menendez has allegedly been frequenting, he "likes the youngest and newest girls"!

"Rubio, McCain, and Graham are deeply scarring their reputations within the Republican party by both pushing amnesty for illegal immigrants and remaining in open coalition with Senator Bob Menendez despite these shocking revelations and scandals," said William Gheen. "Senator Menendez needs to resign from the immigration reform amnesty group and the US Senate seat he is disgracing with his continued presence."

ALIPAC is calling for protests outside of Senator Menendez's New Jersey offices in early March, where crowds of concerned citizens will demand his resignation if he does not do the right thing by resigning before hand.
