It is so important to get the word out about Sarah Palin, her words on amnesty, her decision to support and help John McCain, no matter that she may be in a "political rock in a hard place." McCain will continue to play the shell game, possibly using conservative words here, and doing his progressive and damning mischief over there, in all fifty states, to guarantee that those Republicans of his ilk are elected.

We must get to know the candidates, and even then, they can talk the proper talk, and then when elected, betray us.

Thank you that Michelle is sounding the alarms, just as Alipac, and we need others to be Paul Reveres. Others need to read this, we need to pass it around, and talk radio needs to begin the conversation on McCain, his plans, his attempts to corrupt the newly elected and their minds with "progressive" poison. We need to alert the American public to Sarah Palin and what appears to be a disturbing reveal.

I just find it weird that John McCain is everywhere, and being mentioned everywhere, whether in connection to Sarah Palin, Scott Brown, or his many interviews at FOX, etc. Can we not hear more from the young conservatives, many wanting to get back to principles of the Constitution, and wanting secure borders and no amnesty?

Don't forget to watch Glenn Beck today, 5PM EST. His show is supposed to be a real eye opener, showing people and things never seen before, history never seen, and it is about the agenda of progressives. It has a viewer warning for young children.

The new year could not have started on a better note. It appears as if the tide is continuing to turn against the criminals responsible for pushing our nation to the edge of ruin . . . the criminal global banking cartels headed up by the likes of "Terrible Tiny Tim Geithner." People like Geithner, Henry Paulson and Ben Bernanke strut around in their expensive suits . . . but make no mistake. They are criminals of the worst kind. Here's what happened at the beginning of this year. E-mails from AIG (American International Group), the New York Fed, the FDIC and others were obtained by Representative Darrell Issa, ranking member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. These emails revealed AIG was instructed to hide information that it paid banks, which included Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Societe Generale SA, 100 cents on the dollar for credit-default swaps they bought from the firm. The sad fact is bankers have achieved a hostile takeover of our government. They have always run the Congress but now, it's right out in the open for all to see. Wall Street insiders are everywhere. Our last two heads of the U.S. Treasury have been the former head of Goldman Sachs and the New York Fed for crying out loud! Because Wall Street has so much control of our government at this point I'll have to agree with Ron Paul when he said to Judge Anthony Napolitano that not much is likely to come out of the hearings scheduled to investigate these emails. That is why we must make sure everyone we know is aware of this story and keep pushing for an audit of the Federal Reserve. We have to keep the awareness of this alive and keep pressing the issue in every way that we can. The people that control the money, control just about everything, especially our government. They own all the major industries and the media empires. If we do not take control of our money away from these robber barons we will not be able to stop what's happening.

The control of our money is the root of their power. Everyone needs to realize that these lunatics have the power to create as much money as they want . . . and they are. This ability to create money allows them to throw as much money as they want, at what or whomever they want to make every rotten thing they want to happen become a reality. If we take the power to create money away from them, confiscate all the money and resources they've stolen, they won't be able to buy anything or anyone any more. Suddenly we will get to decide what kind of world we want to create with all that wealth. Suddenly we don't have psychopathic sociopathic lunatics shaping our world into their own sick image.

You Cannot Trust Anything The Government Or Media Says.

This is a recurring theme in this newsletter and it's one that cannot be overemphasized. It's crucial that everyone understand this, take it entirely to heart and beat all your friends and family over the head with it until it sinks in. This is arguably the single biggest reason the criminals in control get away with what they do. If we do not adopt the attitude that everything must be viewed with absolute skepticism, that every story coming across the airwaves and through print is most certainly loaded with spin, we will not escape their clutches. As long as we mostly believe the version of reality they cram down our throats day-in-and-day-out, we are doomed.

I also feel compelled to again point out that we would never put up with this kind of lying from someone in our personal lives. If you caught someone in your life lying like our government lies, like our media lies, you wouldn't tolerate it for a second. Everything that person you caught lying said from then on would be doubted. You wouldn't trust them farther than the tip of your nose. So WHY do we put up with an infinite amount of lying and deliberate deception from our so-called representatives in government and all the talking heads in the media?

Quite some time ago someone told me one of his friends from a communist country said that the big difference between them and us is that they know everything their government and media says is pure propaganda. The test is very simple. If the mainstream media and the government are hyping it, it's most probably a total pile of bull crap. If the mainstream media is hyping and endorsing candidates, you can bet the candidates have already agreed to play ball with those in power now. They would not be thrust into the limelight unless those in power think they will serve their purposes. We should be looking to those candidates that the media marginalizes and ridicules. Those are the people we should be supporting and electing.

There was very good news yesterday when Ted Kennedy's enshrined Democratic seat in the Senate was lost to a Republican. While that was good news, the great news for me was the reason the seat was lost by Democrats was because 51% of the voters were independents! Over half the voters had no allegiance to any political party! As I have said in previous newsletters strong political party identity is one of the primary reason politicians become entrenched. Far too many voters have had an allegiance to their party before their allegiance to our nation as a whole. FINALLY enough voters are realizing it has made no difference which party controls the Congress. Both parties are responsible for the mess we're in.

We Have Been Trained To Police Ourselves

There is a presentation I recommend everyone look at. It's called Turning of the Tide. This is a brilliant presentation by David Icke, given back in 1991. David clearly explains how we have been socially conditioned to police ourselves.

In brief, what David explains is how our socially conditioned comfort zones keep us from being the "free" people we wish we could be. We live in a social feedback loop where our individual comfort zones interact. If we step outside of the social norms, speak about things that make other people uncomfortable we need to step outside of our comfort zones in order to do it. Usually the social response is some form of hostility because, hey, you're impinging on other people's comfort zones. If you're a normal caring person, your natural response is to retreat into your comfort zone. The lesson far too many take away from this is not to venture outside of the comfort zone and certainly don't invade anyone else's. So we end up policing and censoring ourselves, censoring ourselves for fear of becoming the outcast we fear we will become.

What we really need to face is why do we accept this self-imposed mind prison? We are supposed to be the land of the brave yet we cringe over the slightest imposition to our petty little comfort zones. We should encourage those that have the strength of character to stick their necks out and speak about things most of us are afraid to speak about.

We Must Stop Being So Fearful

If we are going to stop the destruction of our nation we are all going to have to dig down and find much more courage . . . or at least some courage. We have to be willing to venture outside our own little comfort zone and speak the truth to our friends and family. The more of us that do this, the more the social norm will change and soon our comfort zone will expand out into a healthier dimension. If we don't develop the ability to allow people to speak, for all views to be heard, we will never regain our Republic. This is one of the most important foundations of a healthy society, which is why freedom of speech is the first amendment to our Constitution.

My Bank Battle Update

To remind you, I previously got the judge to order OneWest bank to produce the original note and deed of trust. I asked for proof of ownership as well but the judge would only order the bank to produce the original note and deed of trust. The bank did produce the originals, something EVERYONE said they couldn't possibly do. I then hired an attorney and he bought me more time by getting the next hearing pushed a month further out. With this extra time, I was able to find evidence to persuade the judge to order OneWest bank to produce proof of ownership as well.

Miraculously I was able to find a published California bankruptcy case from October 28, 2008 in which IndyMac Bank was attempting to get relief of stay so they could proceed with foreclosure. IndyMac Bank was my original bank which the FDIC shut down. IndyMac Bank is the bank listed on my note and deed of trust. In this bankruptcy case the judge ordered IndyMac to produce the original note and deed, which they did (as they did in my case) BUT miraculously they were forced to admit they didn't own them! I was able to provide proof to the judge that a bank could produce original documents and not own them!

Then I was able to find the original letter OneWest Bank sent to me when they purchased the assets of IndyMac Bank from the FDIC. Right there in the letter, as plain as day it said OneWest bank only purchased the "servicing rights" to my loan. They did not purchase the note, only the right to act as a servicing agent for whoever the real creditors are.

These two things were enough for the judge to order further discovery necessary for OneWest to prove they owned my note. On Friday, they produced a Master Agreement, which simply states that OneWest purchased the assets of IndyMac. The documents referred to "the Applicable Definitive Agreement." which would be a specific agreement related to my individual note. The bottom line is if my note was not an asset of IndyMac when OneWest acquired them, there no way they could possibly own my note.

We are filing a pleading stating what they have produced is insufficient to comply with the court order and have told the bank they need to produce the applicable definitive agreement. The next hearing is on the 27th. Hopefully, the judge will continue to do the right thing. In case he doesn't, we are also moving ahead with another case I've started that will allow for the complete discovery needed to prove they are lying. The only thing that could really go wrong is if IndyMac never sold my note into the mortgage-backed securities market . . . which isn't very likely. However, you never know until you know. As my attorney told the bank's attorney when they claimed I haven't proven they don't own the note, "Of course not. You guys have all the records. That's why we need discovery!" For those of you who don't know what "discovery" is, it's the process of forcing parties in court cases to produce documents and evidence necessary to prove your case. Parties HAVE TO produce the documents and evidence that is requested.

I am not a McCain Fan, I have friends who were POW's and they say most of the POW Association aren't either. I voted for him since he was the lessor of two evils knowing he probably wouldn't win. I was disappointed when Sarah Palin announced she would campaign for him after his staff trashed her. In Cal , Devore doesn't have a prayer of winning and Carla has the Business experience and name + $$$ to win. The more important election is the defeat of Barbara Boxcar. She is now very vulnerable. Princess pelosi has competition from within her own party but there isn't enough Conservatives in her district to have a good Cocktail Party. Conservative and Republicans can't win alone they have to join forces.

Glen Beck appears to be backing Sarah Palin as a possible presidential candidate in 2012; I am really disappointed if that's the case. I am enjoying his show right now, as I am learning quite a bit about the how’s and why's of what is happening to our country. I do find his show valuable in that respect, but will watch and listen with an open mind.

IMHO, it is imperative that any and every politician who has demonstrated a left-wing progressive position/political agenda be soundly rejected by Americans, regardless of what they say in the wake of the Massachusetts miracle.

We must make it crystal clear that we won’t be fooled again!

That would only be if the dems and repubs have got a deal to let Obama have a second term. Palin will never win an election. The media just encouraging her to run now, just so they can tear her apart later.

I think Glen Beck will change his mind when he see's Pailin front and center with McCain. I saw him sitting with Brown with a big smile on his face this morning on TV and my first thought was (CRAP) he is jumping on board again. We don't need more of the same we need real change. This is disgusting and Palin standing beside McCain is no better than McCain. Look at Arizona.
