Thread: ACLU sues state police

I agree that NittyGritty has a great idea about suing the ACLU? Do you know where we can start? I don't have much money myself and probably not a potential lawsuit (although anyone can sue anyone nowadays it seems over just about anything). Still, I'd love to see groups such as ACLU sued for promoting illegal aliens over American citizens including legal immigrants.

Of course, there are others (groups and employers) who should be sued too for the same reasons.

With the way congress critters behave, it may become necessary for some lawsuits including class action lawsuits.

Any ideas!

These sound like outright lies, there is no state trooper going to make such statements.

im white and lost my job cuz a racist supervisor told the head man i was 15 minutes late even though i have two witnesses who said i was at work on time. i got fired and the ACLU here in dallas would not take a phone call, would not return a phone call and never replied to the letter i sent in in regard to my job.

You should have told them you were an illegal immigrant and they would have had three attorneys knocking on your door within 15 minutes.

here's how it looks to me:
Guy breaks traffic law and gets pulled over.
Cop confirms identity is correct, however, having knowledge of human smuggling grows suspicious seeing 14!!! people crammed in a van.
Cop ask for legal documents, non can be provided.
Cop escorts illegals to a nearby ICE detention center as he is required to under his service to the state.
Driver goes to ACLU
ACLU says.. "Your brown so we can sue!"
