As a former Alaskan resident, this makes me more than sick. Skidmore needs to be fired after releasing this statement to the press....."At this time, we have no reason to believe with what we know so far that this "gentleman", this officer's good work for APD has in any way been compromised." Who is Skidmore trying to kid?

Here we have an illegal alien, on the Anchorage police force, arresting people for anything from a speeding ticket to God knows what, testifying in a court of law to possibly sentence them to whatever crime conviction and the jerk is actually fraudulently in a position of public authority to testify against them and to make those convictions happen. Wait until the defense attorneys get ahold of all of the sentences levied against their clients as a result of this illegal aliens testimony.

i too have to agree , this mans testmony cannot be considered valid because he was in the commsion of a felony crime during his entire stay at the police force ...

Does this mean that all the people he has arrested over the years can now sue for release or to have their records expunged?

I would think they could at least get a new trial. And really how do we know he wasn't arresting people out of spite? This is going to throw law enforcement into a tail spin no matter how they try to "spin" this crap!

I hope they throw the book at him, then put him in General Population and let those who he put there get their own form of justice! He IS NOT a true LEO so he doesn't deserve special treatment from the inmates IMO.

Illegal aliens using stolen identities and fake access badges/passes have been found at secure and sensitive facilities as nuclear power plants, aircraft baggage handlers and cleaners, an illegal alien MS-13 TSA airport Security Screener and around flight lines at military installations posing a danger to military personnel and other resources used to fight a so called war on terror.
