Thread: Alejandro Leyva rapist found guilty

After just over a year of ducking, dodging and lying, Alejandro Martinez Leyva, now 26 plead GUILTY today to:

1 count - Rape; duress; menace
1 count - ENH: Kidnapping to committ sex offense
2 counts - Sexual penetration by foreign object
1 count - Assault with intent to commit specified felony
offense
1 count - Dissuade witness by force

Taxpyers paid for the services of 6 different interpreters, one District Attorney and one Public Defender over 15 court appearances with the Jury Trial Date set for February 23, 2009. Today, January 30, 2009, Levya plead guilty at a pre-trail hearing to all six counts.

Guilty of six felonies given 27 years with time stayed for count "Assault with intent to commit specified felony offense" and 3 years for count "Dissuade witness by force to be servered concurrent bring Leyva's total time to serve 24 years.

Leyva lived in an apartment with "15 co-workers and friends", not family, in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

Levya left his palm print and took the victums cell phone number with him and called her over 20 times over the next two days following the attack. And, yes, he left his DNA on the victum. AMNESTY? TELL OBAMA AND NAPALTANO NOT NO BUT HELL NO. One of this type of crime is one too many. DEPORT - NOW.

The article doesn't state if he is an IA. Has any source stated he was?
I know the media here likes to keep it out of their reporting on purpose.

In an article a year ago the same source that did this story, mentioned he is an illegal alien. So we here in California know.
